A safe & prosperous Sunnyvale begins with stronger leadership from our Mayor.

K. Paul Cash record of leadership:
“I am proud to live in the best community in Texas. With our safe neighborhoods and one of the lowest property tax rates in the region, our high quality of life is the result of past leaders who had the energy and vision to build a prosperous future for every Sunnyvale family.
At the urging of business owners, neighborhood leaders, and previous city council members, I have decided to seek election as our next mayor to bring back strong vision and energy to this critical elected position. My leadership principles are:
Keep Town Hall as efficient as possible to protect taxpayers and maintain a low property tax rate as our property values increase.
Complete the construction of the new grocery store on Belt Line Road so we can keep our sales tax dollars here at home to pay for our roads, public safety and other city services.
Expedite the long overdue construction of sports fields for Sunnyvale youth baseball, softball and soccer teams.
Maintain a strong police department to keep big city crime from our families, schools and businesses.
I personally like the current Mayor and have supported him in the past. He loves our Town and is a wonderful husband and father. But after six years in office, it’s time for a new Mayor that will lead with the high sense of urgency shared by the rest of our Town Council leaders.
It would be an honor to have your support on May 3. You can learn more about my principles and background in this website. See you at the polls!”
